How to do the super advanced posture correction for anterior pelvic tilt level 2

Same as super advanced posture correction for anterior pelvic tilt level 1, this posture correction exercise is conducted by having the hands behind the head and starting with one foot forward and one foot to the rear in the lunge position. To begin, start by jumping up into the air and switching the feet and coming back down into the alternate lunge position. Continue this posture correction exercise by jumping and switching back into the original position. As you’re doing this posture correction exercise, make sure to keep the head up and shoulders back while keeping the body movement straight up and down.
