How to do the advanced posture correction video exercise level 2
This posture correction exercise is walking lunge when there is a need to progress from the the first advanced level of the lunge walk.
To perform this posture correction exercise, just like advanced level 1, start from the standing position, but with your hands placed behind your head. Take a lunging step to the front as far ahead as possible making sure to still be able to keep your head and shoulders straight up, follow through and continue walking forward without getting back into the standing position.
By placing your hands behind your head, this causes the exercise to become more challenging to balance and helps to simultaneously train and strengthen the core and stabilizer muscles.
