This postural exercise is like the beginner, however the hands are placed behind the head to add some instability to the exercise. The instability adds an element of functional core training as well, as stabilizer muscles are challenged.

The advanced postural exercise is the next variation of the lunge walk, however the exercise requires the client to do a complete lunge walk, in other words without stopping.
