About New York, NY posture correction trainer
My interest to be a posture correction trainer
My name is Christer Fredrickson, and as a posture correction trainer I have been into fitness my whole life. While in high school, I was involved in a few sports, but primarily my interest was with weight training. When I joined the US army at 17, right out of high school, my interest with health and fitness took off. The competitiveness among fellow soldiers was much more intense and motivating that it drove me to put 110% of everything I had into everything I was doing, particullarly during morning exercises called PT (Physical Training). Not long after I was made the PT leader for morning formations to give motivation and to lead the morning PT drills. I was in the US Army for 8 awesome years, 3 years as a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division, 2 years in the 3rd Infantry Division (Operation Desert Storm), and 3 years in the famous 442nd, 100th Infantry Battalion in Hawaii. I proudly left the US Army with an honorable discharge and with several high awards.
As a police recruit during our fitness exercises
After returning home from the US Army, I was readily accepted into the Honolulu Police Department (HPD) to be a Police officer, where I served for two years. As I was training at the Honolulu Police Academy, my passion for fitness and exercise became evident to our instuctors. The training instructors of the Honolulu Police Academy asked me to be the police recruit PT leader for our class and after our graduation I quickly moved in as the PT leader for the police division I was sent to. Life as a police officer was not for me, so I decided to leave to pursue a life dedicated only to health and fitness and to help others who desire to be fitter, stronger, and happier.
